Hamdam is in preparation. This website lets you create an account so we can tell you when Hamdam opens. Here is exactly what we collect and why, in plain words.
What we collect
- Your name and email address (from Google, Apple or the email you type in).
- Who you're signing up for: yourself, someone you care for, or an organisation.
- How you signed in (Google, Apple or email).
We don't collect any health information on this website.
Why
Only to contact you about Hamdam and its pilot. We never sell your information or share it for advertising.
Where it is stored
Accounts are managed by Clerk, a sign-in provider that stores account details in the United States. The website is hosted by Vercel. Both publish their own privacy and security commitments. When Hamdam itself launches, any health information will be stored in Australia, and we'll ask for your consent first.
Your choices
You can ask us to see, correct or delete your account at any time by emailing hello@hamdamai.com.au. We aim to follow the Australian Privacy Principles. If you're unhappy with how we handle your information, you can also contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au).
